A single frame with two sash that slide up and down and have the ability to tilt in to clean the outside glass from the inside.
Casement
A single frame with a single sash that cranks out with use of roto gear hardware. The sash can be released from the track and swivels to clean interior and exterior panes of glass from the interior of the home.
Awning
A single frame with a single sash that uses roto gear hardware to extend the bottom edge of the sash away from the frame to the exterior.
Glider
A single frame with two sash. One sash stationary and one that operates by sliding it left and right inside the frame.
Bay / Bow
Multiple frames and multiple sash that can be assembled at a number of different angles to fit your opening. Typically utilizes Casements and Double Hung.
Round Top
Casement, Double Hung & Picture units with varying radius top frame members that add to the character of your building.

Tilt-Turn
A single frame and a single sash that operate in two different planes. One set of hardware to Tilt the sash into the interior and another set of hardware to swing the sash into the room.
