Overview
Nestled amongst the grandeur of the historic Cottage Hill – York area of Elmhurst, this 1939 strikingly stately home has been been given a tender makeover bringing it back to its original glamour. We were able to save a significant portion of the budget by removing the windows in full down to the rough openings while saving the original interior trim detail. Custom sizing, extruded aluminum brick mould casing, custom fabricated subsills and simulated divided lite profiles were the perfect fit.
